Where do you go to when your phone dies on you and you don't know what to do? Bring it to the service centre of course. In today's post, I'll talk about my experience at the LG Service Center since my phone was malfunctioning and wanted to get help. When I checked out Google for pictures of the service centre, none popped up so I'll be the first to write about my experience. I'll also include photos of the service centre just in case if you want to know how it looks like. Of course, I can't just capture the photos like that, so I secretly took the photos of the interior and exterior while they were busy tending to my phone.

The Manhattan Fish Market @ Junction 8
Few weeks ago, I wrote about my dining experience at Fish and Co. They served delicious Fish and Chips and that has got to be one of the best Fish and Chips I've ever tasted in Singapore. What if you want an alternative? You can check out the Manhattan Fish Market which is also a seafood restaurant that serves delicious hot and crispy Fish and Chips along with some seafood and non-seafood dishes.

Circle Line Extension Open House 2012
Previously, I talked about the opening of the new stages of the Circle MRT Line which was Stage 4 and 5 from Caldecott Station to HarbourFront Station. You can check it out here. Now, I'll be talking about the opening of two new stations which are Bayfront Station and Marina Bay Station also known as the Circle Line extension. So let's get to it!
The new Circle Line Extension which started operations on the 14th of January 2012 brings people to the door step of the Marina Bay Sands Integrated Resort. Back then, visitors would have to take the MRT to Promenade Station and walk all the way to the resorts. With this new extension, passengers can simply board the train to Bayfront. Also, people who wanna go to the Marina Barrage or the Marina Bay Financial Centre can take the Circle Line to Marina Bay station which interchanges with the existing North South Line.

Circle Line Discovery Stage 4 and 5 Open House 2011
It's quite unusual to have an open house for a new train line. In Singapore, we have such a thing. Last year, SMRT which is Singapore's largest rail operator, organised an open house for the opening of the Circle Line Stage 4 and 5. Circle Line is Singapore's newest MRT line and to celebrate the launch of the new line, an open house filled with interim events, parties, performances and free train rides happened on 2 October 2011. It also happened in 2009, 2010 and 2012 for the different stages of the Circle Line.
You may have noticed that on the title you see 'Stage 4 and 5'. In Singapore, the Circle Line open in stages. The first stage of the Circle Line was Stage 3 which was from Bartley MRT Station to Marymount MRT Station and it opened in 28 May 2009. Stage 1 and 2 was opened in 17 April 2010 from Dhoby Ghaut MRT Station to Tai Seng MRT Station. Stage 4 and 5 was opened in 8 October 2011 from Caldecott MRT Station to HarbourFront MRT Station. And last but not least, the final stage, known as the Circle Line Extension was opened on 14 January 2012 from Bayfront MRT Station to Marina Bay MRT Station. Try saying all that in one breath.

Beverages @ The Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf
Previously, I talked about cakes and desserts that I got at The Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf. You can check out the article here. Today, I'm going to talk about the delicious beverages that are sold here. Sometimes, we just want to have an expensive drink to indulge instead of the usual soft drinks we get from the fast food restaurants. The Coffee Bean serves a lot of drinks from coffee to lattes to ice blended drinks. Do note that one small drink can cost about 5 to 6 Singapore dollars and it's certainly something you should indulge in once in a while. Let's check out the beverages that I got from the Coffee Bean.

Cakes @ The Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf
Smell that? That's the smell of roasted coffee beans and freshly baked cakes at The Coffee Bean in Singapore. Starbucks and Coffee Bean are probably the biggest arch enemies when it comes to Ice Blended and Coffee drinks. In fact, I think The Coffee Bean is better. Anyways, today, I'm going to write about all the various cakes I tried out at the various Coffee Bean outlets in Singapore. My favourite outlet has got to be the outlet at Bishan Junction 8. Don't worry if you don't live near Bishan as there's tons of outlets islandwide.

Pizza Hut Delivery in Singapore
Sometimes, we're just too lazy to cook our own food and sometimes, we're too lazy to buy our own food. We have to buy the ingredients at the supermarket and make them and risk getting burns or cuts or we have to take the bus and spend some transport money to buy some food outside. In order to prevent those first world problems, we can order some pizza from our phones or our computers. Pizza delivery existed so long ago since the 1980s and pizza delivery is the most popular delivery service in Singapore, if not, the world.
My aunt decided to order some Pizza Hut for me when I visited her house. So, I have decided to use the opportunity to take some photos and do a write up of Pizza Hut's delivery. I love pizza and it's one of my favourite foods. My aunt ordered one of the combos available.

Pastamania @ Hougang Mall
It's the month of March already. Boy, that was fast. I kind of miss Febbuary now but since it's a new month, it's time for new posts and new goals. My first post of the month will be about Pastamania. Pastamania is Singapore's most popular pasta oriented restaurant. Unlike other restaurants, Pastamania uses this concept called Quick Casual which is like a mixture of a fast food restaurant and a regular restaurant. When you enter the place, you place your order at the counter instead of a waiter and you wait for the food to arrive at your table. Sure, it may be slightly inconvenient but you don't have to pay the 10% service charge normally charged at a typical restaurant. The food's great and the ambience is great.
