After discussing about chicken yesterday at Broaster Chicken, today's post will be targeted towards fish. Fish and Chips is a very popular fried dish. The Fish and Chips dish was created in England and it has been a staple there. In Singapore, there are lots of places that serve fish and chips such as hawker centres, coffeeshops, western food stalls and more. The best one I have tried so far is at Fish and Co. in which their tagline is 'Seafood in a pan'. Fish and co. is a Singapore based seafood restaurant that serves different kinds of seafood such as fish, shrimp and squid. Their signature dish is the Fish and Chips and their restaurants are located islandwide with the flagship outlet located at Park Mall at Dhoby Ghaut.

Broaster Chicken @ NEX (Closed)
Normally I don't write about food so this will be my first time. In addition to articles of Singapore places, my newest addition for Frenzeelo will be food reviews because I love to eat and take photos of the food that I eat. My very first post will be Broaster Chicken which is a new fried chicken fast food restaurant located in a shopping mall at Serangoon called NEX.

Marina Bay Public Art Trail
Art is no longer appealing to just art enthusiasts only. It seems that now art can really capture everyone's attention if done right. Artworks are displayed almost everywhere. Nearly every public place will have artworks integrated within the buildings themselves. Even MRT stations have artworks now. In today's article, I'm going to show you the various artworks that can be found around the Marina Bay area. Marina Bay is Singapore's latest lifestyle attraction. Currently, you can find world class destinations such as the Marina Bay Sands integrated resort, Esplanade theatres, Merlion Park and the Marina Bay floating platform

Sentosa Flowers 2012
Chinese New Year in Singapore fell on the 23rd and the 24th January 2012. It's the time of the year where Chinese Singaporeans from all over Singapore come together with their families for reunion dinners and celebrate the joyous event together. It's also that time of the year to check out the different kinds of flowers here at Sentosa. Called the Sentosa Flowers, this annual event takes place around Chinese New Year season with a large showcase of beautiful and colourful flowers here. Since its inauguration in 2006, lots of visitors come to visit the flower event with a different selection of flowers and themes every year. Best of all, it's completely free although island admission charges apply.

Walking Along The Southern Ridges
I do hope that you have read my article on my recent trip to HortPark. (Check out article here). On that very same day, me and my friends decided to check out this bridge which led us to Harbourfront MRT Station on a walking trail called The Southern Ridges. Fancy name huh? The bridge you see above was where we started walking and if you're lucky enough, you can see monkeys walking around.

Trip To HortPark
Yesterday I wrote a blog post about Sengkang Sculpture Park which is a park dedicated to sculptures. Today, I'm going to show you something a little bit different. HortPark is a garden/park with the theme of horticulture and gardening. It's an interesting place and if you're lucky enough, you may even get to spot some monkeys roaming around.

Sengkang Sculpture Park
It's quite common to find a few sculptures in a typical Singapore park. But, it's not common to find a whole park dedicated to sculptures in Singapore especially in a neighbourhood. Let me introduce to you Sengkang Sculpture Park. It's (obviously) a sculpture park located in Sengkang which is in the North East part of Singapore. You can find a wide variety of sculptures here.

You see, every November and December, Orchard Road will be showered with lights, Christmas trees and other decorations related to Christmas. In fact, this is the best time to visit Orchard Road. Orchard Road is Singapore's most famous shopping destination. A variety of shops can be found here such as luxury brands, fancy restaurants, shops that you can find in a typical neighbourhood mall and more.

Downtown Singapore Marina Centre
Today I am going to concentrate more on another shopping district in the city of Singapore. You may have heard of Orchard Road. This is another alternative. Marina Centre is an area in Singapore built on reclaimed land with a cluster of shopping malls, hotels, a convention centre and one of the world's largest fountain. Sure it may not be as glamourous as Orchard Road but still, it's a great place to go for your shopping and dining.

Galleries Galore Part 4: Marina Bay City Gallery
I believe you have already seen my previous write ups of other public galleries such as the Singapore City Gallery, HDB Gallery and the IRAS Gallery right? Today, I'm going to show you yet another public gallery at the corner of one of Singapore's newest developments, Marina Bay. It's called the Marina Bay City Gallery and talks about the past, the present and the future of Marina Bay. Let's have a look inside, shall we?
