Frenzeelo 2014: Year In Review

2014 is long over but that doesn't mean that we cannot reminisce and remember all the great things that happened during the year. Although Frenzeelo was quite inactive for about a few months in 2014 due to the new changes to the blog, there were still plenty of memorable moments that I can share with you. In this article, I'm going to give you a Year In Review, or simply, the best moments that happened in 2014 for Frenzeelo.

1. Frenzeelo's Major Redesign

One of the major things that happened to the Frenzeelo blog is the new design. I have designed the Frenzeelo blog from the ground up with new refreshing colours, easier navigation and more content specially for you. Apart from the usual articles, new videos will also be made along with other kinds of content as well like infographics and listicles. 2. Most Viewed Article in 2014

The most viewed article in 2014 is also one of the most popular articles of Frenzeelo. The article's about the 6 Best Rooftop Gardens in Singapore which featured rooftop gardens like the VivoCity SkyPark and Orchard Central's Roof Garden. It certainly was one of the articles that required the most effort for me to carry out as I had to actually go to all those places in one two days. So it's safe to say that the effort was definitely worth it. I may consider doing a newer version of the article just to keep things updated and relevant.

3. The Second Most Viewed Article in 2014

The second most viewed article of 2014 was the article on Punggol Beach AKA Punggol Point Park. This article was special to me as it has been more than 10 years since I last visited Punggol Beach and it was certainly a great experience revisiting the park. A lot of things actually changed at the beach. Back then, it wasn't really a proper beach and it did not have an official name.

Now, the beach is officially called Punggol Point Park with proper amenities like a boardwalk, toilets, a bus stop and there are also some lifestyle attractions there as well called The Punggol Settlement. The Punggol Settlement consists of several shops, F&B outlets and more great for those who want to relax and eat after a day out at the beach. During my visit in January 2014, most of The Punggol Settlement was still under construction. I'll probably make a visit there again soon.

4. The Month With The Most Number of Views: July 2014

In 2014, July was the month with the most number of pageviews. Although Frenzeelo was still in its hiatus stage, that didn't stop you guys from viewing my blog and checking out the past articles that I have written! Of course, the hiatus is long over so do look out for my interesting articles and content from Frenzeelo in the coming months as I will be writing as much as possible just for you.

Conclusion

Although 2014 wasn't as vibrant as 2012 and 2013 for Frenzeelo, you guys still give Frenzeelo your fullest support. It wasn't as vibrant simply because I was busy preparing the blog for its new design and new content. Of course, I will make sure that Frenzeelo in 2015 will be much better than the previous years and will be updated more frequently with the latest content.
